	Pat Fischer & Associates was established in 1988. We are a professional sales representative group, representing top quality manufacturers to the foodservice and bar and beverage industry.   In the beginning, we serviced the entire state of Michigan representing only bar and beverage equipment manufacturers. In 1997 we partnered with Jim Schulte and the Food Tech Group in Farmington, MI. Jim began his foodservice career in 1982 at the dealer level. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of foodservice design, layout and major equipment, servicing all areas of foodservice operation. Jim is very active in the foodservice industry, becoming one of the first reps to earn C.F.S.P.
